24. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve a dispute informally by providing written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution. The parties will have a reasonable period to attempt informal resolution.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any arbitration, litigation, or other dispute-resolution mechanism included in a later finalized version of these Terms will be governed by applicable law and the enforceability requirements of the jurisdiction involved. 29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose, where legally permitted.

30. No Waiver

A failure by the Company to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the Company's right to enforce that provision later.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into the applicable Service, constitute the agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Services, except where a separate written agreement expressly governs.
